He usually eats a few of these each sitting, about once a week. He gets alot of other snacks too. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, intermittent freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater marshes, arable land, pastureland, ponds, canals and ditches, and man-made karsts.
