I was at the National Zoo and this ghetto family was taunting the tigers and watch what happens! Lucky for the people the tiger enclosure is up to code. Personally, I was waiting for a Darwin Award moment. The voices in the video are the family talking, and the mom has the baby Michael Jackson Style on the railing of the enclosure.
