The guy who rescues snakes here brought this python to me to eat the rats we have in the attic, but after consulting with him we decided this guy was too aggressive and way too big even tho he is a baby..But I took this little mobilephone video to show him anyway. Phil, the Snake Man, is really knowledgeable about snakes, and gave me a good bit of info about these guys, they grow up to over 30 feet long in the jungle. He took this one from the Samui Snake Farm where they are not treated well, nor fed, and just end up dying, and paid 300 baht for it and now will take it up to release it in the mountains here.
Very aggressive snake, but beautiful to look at..Quite amazing. Only wish I had a longer video of them both!

Current estimates state that there are roughly 5,400 such farms throughout Southeast Asia.
